Kylee and Sam’s wedding journey started 2,530 miles away from Manhattan. Sam proposed just before coming home for winter break on the island of Saint Kitts. Their wedding took place on February 25th 2017 and though it was a little chilly yet beautiful day especially for February! They started getting ready at the Hilton Garden Inn. Kylee and Sam wrote each other notes to read before the wedding such a sweet and personal touch that shows how much they truly love each other. The first look has always been one of my favorite moments to capture and Kylee and Sam did not disappoint. Soon it was showtime so we headed to Seven Dolors Catholic Church for the ceremony. Kylee put on her winter fur and exited with her new Husband by her side. They headed to the party bus where the wedding party was waiting and thats when the real fun began. I love seeing the moments after a wedding where the bride and groom seem so relaxed and relieved that the ceremony went off without a hitch. We headed to the Train Depot and I got some great shots under the tunnel. The whole wedding party was relaxed and easy going which really helped me out(including funny random poses). On the way to the reception we stopped to get some pictures with their dog. After partying a little bit on the party bus, we headed to the reception which took place at the Houston Street Ballroom. I am so honored that they chose me as their wedding photographer to capture this special day for them and wish them the best as they grow together in marriage!

Weddingwire Review “I highly recommend Grant Watkins as your photographer. He is so much fun to work with and keeps the atmosphere relaxed and fun! He is also very creative with his work and takes so many neat pictures! He is extremely knowledgeable in photography and knows all of the awesome poses to do. He works very hard and is up for anything. No matter if it’s rain, shine, snow, or freezing out, he is willing to go above and beyond to get the perfect pictures! He started super early and stayed super late just to make sure he never missed a moment. The quality of his work exceeds expectations, and that is because he is truly passionate about what he does. I couldn’t have asked for a better photographer or better photos. He captured every beautiful moment! Thank you Grant for being so amazing!” – Kylee and Sam
