How would you describe your style/role being our wedding photographer?I would describe my style as fly on the wall, capturing memories as they happen. Most moments happen naturally, however, nothing beats posing a couple in the perfect environment and letting them take it from there! I’m hands on regarding the wedding day schedule, I meet with couples (1) month before their big day to make a wedding day timeline from start to finish!

Should we do a first look?As a wedding photographer, my goal is to get as much as possible in a timely matter. I believe a first look provides the private moment between a bride and groom and the ability to get as much done as possible before the ceremony! Whether it be the first look or seeing each other for the first time during the ceremony, I respect the decision and will plan accordingly.

How long does it take to get back our wedding photos? On average, your wedding photos will be delivered within 6-8 weeks. The editing process is very important, so I look at every image captured during the day to make sure it’s up to certain professional photography standards.
-
Do we get the digital files?Definitely, all engagements and wedding clients receive high-resolution images. I have provided digital images since I started back in 2008. It’s important for my clients to have those files and the ability to use, print and share them however they would like.

Do I get the printing rights to my wedding and engagement photos?Do I get the printing rights to my wedding and engagement photos? Yes, you will be able to print any and all of your wedding/engagement photos for personal use. Along with the photos, I will provide a signed print release. In addition to providing a print release, I will upload all the edited images to a proofing and ordering gallery. You will be able to order prints and other products right from your computer. You can also provide this gallery to friends and family so they can order exactly the prints they want.

How many edited photos do we get as a final result? For weddings, you should expect anywhere from 600 to 1,000 photos. However, many variables relate to the final result on a wedding day, including the length of the wedding day, the number of guests, and the size of the wedding party. I do not have a limit on the number of photos delivered; I try to maintain quality over quantity. For engagements, you should expect anywhere from 50 to 100 photos. All photos delivered are personally reviewed by me and edited to professional standards.

Q: What makes your wedding photography services stand out from others?I bring over 17 years of professional wedding photography experience, having captured more than 600 weddings since 2006. This extensive experience equips me with the unique ability to anticipate moments, understand diverse wedding settings, and adapt swiftly to challenging situations like inclement weather, unexpected timelines, or intricate lighting conditions.

Do you travel for weddings?I love getting to see new places and would love to see what amazing place your wedding will be at. I have traveled to Colorado, Louisiana, and Florida for weddings in the past. I don’t charge travel fees unless the wedding is 3 hours away from Manhattan. In this case, I ask for a hotel for Friday and Saturday evening (given the wedding is on Saturday)

What does “All-Day Coverage” mean? All day coverage means that I will be there early in the morning for getting ready, hair/makeup then late into the night at your reception! I want to be there to photograph every moment of your wedding day instead of the 6-8 hours. This way you will not have to worry about your photographer not capturing that special moment.
-
How long in advance should we book you?As soon as possible! There is nothing worse than having to tell a bride and groom that I’m booked for their wedding date, especially if the wedding date is during peak season. (June to October).

Do you plan the wedding day regarding photography?Definitely! It’s very important to know what’s going to happen when. About a month before the wedding, we will sit down, have a call or FaceTime to discuss an hour-by-hour timeline of your wedding day. This timeline will include what time I will arrive, when formal/casual fun pictures will take place, because I want your wedding day to be as stress-free as possible.
